Performance Evaluation

First, Trainer Evaluation:

Each trainee is given a form to evaluate the trainer’s performance and administrative services to improve performance, which includes the following:

  • Evaluation of the trainer’s sufficient skills and knowledge
  • His ability to deliver the content
  • The trainer’s teaching style
  • His ability to communicate effectively with trainees

Second, Trainee Evaluation:

  • Evaluation of the interaction by trainees.
  • Have the training objectives been achieved for each trainee?
  • Identifying weaknesses and negatives in order to eliminate them.

Third, Evaluation of the scientific material:

  • The extent to which the content is appropriate to the needs of trainees
  • The extent to which the content is appropriate to the training objectives?
  • Is the scientific material organized and sequential in a way that makes it easy to understand?
  • Evaluation of the quality of the scientific material and are the presentations, exercises and activities of high quality?
